Default Problem with Centre Ice

Okay.... I'm trying to watch Devils vs Capitals. I watch the first period. I watch the second period. As soon as the second period expires, the channel switches to a Sportsnet channel of Raptors basketball.

I call Rogers and am told that the problem is with the Centre Ice feed. He says that they have the feed set right.... the content is wrong at the source and that I'll have to call Centre Ice to fix it. However, Centre Ice seems to be an invisible organization. I've searched the Internet and cannot find so much as a snail mail address. There doesn't seem to be any way of contacting them.

Now, I realize the Rogers guy was lying to me. But was he just trying to get me off the phone to go on a wild goose chase of "contacting Centre Ice"?
