Guitar Hero Guitar question(x-box 360)

I need a guitar hero 2 (or 3 if it's compatible) guitar for the X-box 360 asap. Does anyone....

-know where to find one at a decent price in Calgary?
-have one they want to get some money for?
-have experience dealing with the warranty with their guitar (if there is one)?

there's a whole bunch of bundles available right now on future shop.ca (18 remaining when I bought 2 mins ago) that of course includes the game but hey if you really need a guitar

Thanks for the help guys. unfortunitly, i really just want the guitar. I sold my x-box to a guy and included Guitar hero 2, but he phoned me 3 hours later saying the guitar didn't work. So I'm kind of scrambling, trying to find a cheap solution to make him happy.
