finally, a sequel to the best crime game of all time

well, nothing's official yet but it's pretty close. i've been waiting for this sequel for way too long. for those who never played the original, basically it's a GTA type game set in the 1930's and you're a made man. the storyline is one of the best i've ever seen in a game, the graphics at the time were unbelieveable (and still look good today), and the atmosphere was amazing, you really felt like you were driving around 1930's America. it's funny too after playing the game and then watching through The Sopranos, almost every voice actor in the original Mafia had some sort of part in at least one Sopranos episode

Agreed, it was (is) a great game. That and the Max Payne's, from around the same era, are some of my all time favorite games.

Well if there is going to be a sequel that is awesome news. Mafia was a really good game, with an excellent story line.
