Question on Spelling of an Indian Name

Hello Brain-Trust,

A friend of mine is trying to track down a former classmate of his, originally from India. The biggest problem is that he doesn't know how to spell his name properly (which makes google searches, creeping on Facebook, etc, fairly difficult).

The name, spelled phonetically in English, is:

Sh - rye - ons

Any idea how to spell it properly?

I think Shreyan, Shreyans and Shreyansh are all variations of the name.
If you were to type just "Shreyan" into facebook though, it would also bring up results for the other two, because it has that part of the name inside it, so I'd suggest that.
