Default Mac Magic iMovie Problems

So for the first time today I thought it would be cool to try to create a small video on my Macbook built in webcam. I have never had problems snapping pictures and still don't, yet when I try to create a video nothing works. In iMovie HD I have clicked Make Magic iMovie, and I can see myself moving on the screen, yet I get the error: Video capture cannot begin because camera cannot be found. Like WTF! Anyways hoping someone could help me out.

Thanks

Magic Movies can only be created with FireWire connected cameras. The built in iSights are USB based. You can use your iSight to record and then edit in iMovie by using the camera / edit toggle button to the left of the playback contols. Switching to camera mode will fire up your iSight. Record away. Once you have some clips, switch back to edit and go nuts.
