this is why there are 30% of people down there that would cheer him on if he were barbequing babies on the white house lawn.

I was watching a program a couple of years ago, and they were discussing this exact thing. One doctor said that Bush is displaying symptoms of early senility and dementia. While he isn't that old, it happens in rare cases.

So they take the absolute best example of a Bush speech, from when he wasn't even Governer of Texas, and then possibly the most nerve wracking speech or exchange of dialogue he's had to face at the Presidential debate. Not really a fair comparison. He certainly isn't the best speaker in the world, I'm not debating that, but so much is made of it. I don't think anyone can prove his debating or english skills specifically get him into trouble as a President.
