Drinking in Okotoks?

Anyone know of a fun place to go drinking in Okotoks? I've got a small stag party (10-14) that wants to go boozing somewhere outside the city (Calgary). Canmore and Banff, while both great locations are too far.

While i wouldn't consider any of the pubs in okotoks to be great here are a list of a few:

Incahoots - this place is probably the largest and have the best crowds, they play lots of country music if your into that.

Boston Pizza - Just like every boston pizza in the city, waitresses are kinda cute

Cattle ???? (looks like an old barn) - only been there a couple of times, seems to be where all the kids hang out, been known to have a few fights there.

those are the main ones, there are some smaller ones hidden around town though.

Coolie - The only real bar on the top of the hill, nothing too exciting, but you will have room for all your buddies.

The princess lounge - over by the movie theather they have good pizza but is rather small

sorry that is all i can think of at the moment.

Try the George Public House its decent if you dont smoke . there is also Palivinas on main street usually pretty busy on Fri and Sat.

Thanks a lot! We didn't figure that the pubs in Okotoks would be considered great by Calgary standards, but are just looking to do something different. We've all been to far too many Ceili's and Cowboys stags. We're also going to do a bit of research on Black Diamond, High River, etc...

If your looking for a good place to go in Black Diamond try the Black Diamond hotel .High River probably the Roadhouse .
