It hasn't been so much the drive bys as it's been the, um, new over enthusiastic posters.
Changed it so you have to have a minimum post count to start a new thread (and removed postcount++ from the test forum, heh), hopefully that'll be enough.
If it gets bad with trolls we could still do this though.
