Leslie (and Ball last season) are two major losses.
Not just for us as fans, but you could tell the players loved him.

Congrats to Ryan Leslie, he's been great for Flames broadcasts for years and hopefully this comes with a pay raise for him.
In the end it sucks to lose him, but also I'm not too sad to have a bit of a different feel to our broadcasts either. Would be nice if Rogers would update the look and feel of the broadcasts too with some updated graphics etc.

Congratulations Ryan. As much as this stings, it can't be denied that this is a massive promotion. Not a lot different than when Ron MacLean left the Flames on 2&7 to do HNIC.

That might mean Natasha Staniszewski could take over the role too. She does a really good job with the Stamps and when filling in for Brendan Parker for Flames TV.
