Default Practice notes

- they practiced with an emphasis on scoring goals
- Marty was out for a maintenance day
- Sharky was on Backlund and Coleman’s line
- Zary with Farabee and Frost

Like that adjustment for Zary. Would prefer he plays centre but I like that he’ll be on a line with more offensive upside.

Did they lay a stick across the goal line ? Or no goalie? Emphasis on scoring ?

Remember Bob Johnson used to bring a college goalie in and put him in an Oiler jersey and the Flames would put a ton of pucks past him in practice.

Then they went out and beat them in seven - ruining their dynasty.

I’m glad they bumped Sharangovich out of the top 6. He’s been our least productive forward since the break.

Most players coming back from injury during the season have abysmally bad years to be fair.
So he amd Zary might be fighting it

He had a pretty good chemistry with Coleman, so it could be a good thing for that line. I also want to see the two of them back together on the PK again.

That and hopefully the Backlund bump can help get Sharangovich back on track. That could turn into a solid 3rd line.

I am excited for Zary with Frost and Farabee. I think Zary and Frost in particular could turn into a very dynamic and offensive combo with Farabee ready to finish plays that the other two create.
