It took 17 games for Huberdeau to get to 10 pts last year (Nov 18) and it took him 18 games (Nov 26) the prior year.

He has 5 pts in 2 games to start the season - how many games does everything think it was take this year? I will say game 7 against CAR

Since the beginning of last year, Weegar is 2nd, behind Josi, for goals among Dmen. Josi 23, Weegar 22,Makar 21.

5 on 5, Weegar (17) leads everyone by at least 3.

I hope that Pospisil Huberdeau Mantha line can keep up their momentum. Also, if we suffer an injury (or trade) in the top 4 I hope Pachal is given some opportunities because he just might be one of the best waiver pickups ever.

I really like what we're seeing from Pospisil and Zary.

Huberdeau scored his goals from going to the net. One from inside the crease against Vancouver and a deflection type score against Philly. That’s not how he has produced points in the past and I doubt he turns into Tim Kerr but it might really help in terms of giving him confidence.

After three years it’s clear the Flames aren't going to play the style that led to his big seasons in Florida but maybe he can figure out how to make it happen within this type
of structure.

Why am I thinking Huberdeau had more than one point against the Canucks? Indicative of him having a strong game?

He would have had a third assist on one of the goals, (Weegar's I think) if such a thing existed.

How are Honzek’s fancy stats? I still think he gets sent down to the AHL to get some more reps in but eye test he seems to be hanging in.
