Love this kid and wish he was exposed to Mike Smith a little more as these guys both work their butts off .

Future is bright in net in Calgary

Parsons 2nd star of the game. Saves 32 of 34 shots for his first AHL win.

Lots of high danger chances by San Jose with close in saves throughout game on the Highlights.

Both goals on shots from point with screens.

Gillies and Parsons duel should really Heat up.

"...He’s an unbelievable goalie and I think he showed that tonight and made some key saves for us tonight.” – Morgan Klimchuk on Tyler Parsons’ first AHL win

“As a goalie when you think too much, bad things can happen, so I just went in with a clear mind and played the way I knew how to play and gave our guys a chance to win tonight.” – Parsons on his mindset coming into his second AHL start

“I’m a smaller goalie so I try to be more aggressive. At the next level, guys can put the puck wherever they want, so I’ve worked on being more patient and using my athletic ability when I need to, along with learning to contain it; when to use it and when not to, and I felt good tonight.” – Parsons on his style and what he’s learned in his brief pro career

“It was nice to see the guys play significantly harder in front of him than the last time he started. He made some really good saves at critical times of the game, so we’re really happy he got his first win here tonight.” – Coach Huska on Parsons’ first AHL win
