Currently 2-2 after Chicago opened with a 2-0 lead.
Though Minnesota was clearly offside and a LONG review was determined to be inconclusive.

But Parise did not tag up when Coyle brought the puck back into the offensive zone. Baffling they spent so long and saw the 2 camera angles that showed it was clearly offside before determining the play was inconclusive.

Brutal... If that's inconclusive - and it was clearly offside, commentators are baffled - then how were the two goals in the Florida game any less inconclusive??? This rule is turning into a joke and they need to figure this out before something like this decides a playoff series/game.

I was dumbfounded watching them get that call completely wrong even with the coaches challenge. Did the refs somehow not get the same (better) view we got on TV despite actually working the game?

Whoops. Oh well. 3-2 Chicago now from Panik.

Spurgeon's goal to get Minnesota on the board was a beauty:

Minnesota is going to be a tough position for the expansion draft: Suter, Spurgeon, Brodin, Dumba, Scandella on D.Parise, Koivu, Staal, Coyle, Granlund, Niederreiter, Zucker, Haula, Pominville, Stewart up front.

Tough to choose the 7 and 3 to protect.

			SuterBrodin
 Dumba
 Deal to not pick Spurgeon

 Parise
 Koivu
 Stall
 Pominville
 Granlund
 Niederreiter
 Zucker

Would be my choices... Man the Wild have a deep team and out of no where it seems.. BB is doing a great job with them too.

Losing Coyle would be a big loss though.

24 year old, had 21 G + 21 A last year too.

If the on ice officials are too gutless to overturn a clearly blown call, then, either, get rid of replay, or move ALL reviews to Toronto. In this case, not only did they miss the obvious, the refs wasted the 'Hawks' timeout.

It's such a tough call I know... Maybe switch him out for Staal cause he's much younger... But staal has been so good this year.

Yeah, I'd protect him over Pominville. Age alone would be a big reason

Agreed. At 34, Pominville has already regressed quite a lot.

30 goals in 2013-2014, down to 18, 11, and has 10 this year.

Pominville has a NMC, so he must be protected unless they buy him out.

Tie game with 3 minutes left!
Haula on the lip of the crease.

Staal got away with some blatant interference at the blueline.

Not only blatant interference, I've seen too many men called with the D man closer to the bench than the LD was

Not a fan of how Emerick and the colour commentator pronounce Rasmussen. It's my mother's maiden name and they're botching it.
Similar to when people say Cal-Gary instead of Cal-Gree.
