Both at usual times. Simpsons at 9 and Family Guy at 10.

It should be a good way to end summer

Yes!!! I almost forgot about that! Thank you for the reminder. I love Family Guy.

Both should be good shows.

I am also really looking forward to Arrested Development on the 19th

American Dad blows, the only funny part in the entire show was the pilot when the kid got the dog that was dead or whatever.

I read in the paper the other day that the FG premiere is being pushed back, as they had some hurricane related content in the episode.

I don't think it's that bad. It's definitely not on par with Family Guy or the Simpsons, but it's not too bad. It's usually good for a few good lines.

I have a dish and have already watched both, won't spoil anything but the Simpsons was pretty weak. There are some real funny parts in the Family guy.

Not that I will watch the New Simpsons, but this is pretty strange, usually their season premieres happen in November or late October

Agreed.

Didn't they just say they are going to be on for another two seasons or something like that?

Yeah Simpsons was sub-par.

I found American Dad improved quite a bit after the first few episodes.

Yeah that Simpsons was very weak. Just look at that last scene. Take it out of context (actually, you could probably leave it in context) and you'll see just how ridiculous and out of ideas its become.

Simpsons sucked as most have the last couple of seasons here's a tip to FOX end it! It's not funny anymore!

Family Guy very good episode worth the watch

American Dad this was the best of the three tonight very funny

Simpsons for me will always be the best. When Simpsons was in its prime IMO it was better than Family Guy. However I agree it has lost its touch over the last 3-4 seasons.
