Got a new phone, selling the old one.
Has always had a snap back case, but there are two scratches on the top silver edge corners (not visible from front or back and hidden by most cases). Minor surface scratches on the screen but they aren't visible unless the screen is off and do not impact usability.
Currently locked to Rogers but can be unlocked for $50.
Comes with a new snap back ultra thin case.
