Sat. Oct 22. Many games being played
How come no OOT tonight? Just cause the flames aren't good at the moment doesn't mean the hockey world stops you know.
Panthers up 2-1 after 2. Shots are 30 to 21 for the Panthers. Shane Harper, an undrafted free agent gets his first NHL goal tonight. Gotta feel happy for the kid.

That looks more like specifically the alumni game.
Rangers score 3 straight to climb back 3-2 over the Caps.
Leafs' youth movement is fun to watch.

Quick goals for the Panthers
Marchessault with the breakaway, and then Harper with his 2nd of the night on a 2 on 1.
Avs score a quick one right after to stay in it.

Leafs youth look fantastic.
Nylander is a very exciting young player.

I'm sad that the leafs rebuild looks to be ahead of the flames already.

I have been really impressed with him.
I knew he was good but he's been fantastic so far.

The leafs rebuild started way before ours... Wish we had a high caliber coach.

Man it's depressing watching other teams play hockey. Our team is so far behind in play right now.

Yeah, as Babcock said at the WCH - he was the worst coach in the NHL last year.

So, not that I'm agreeing that their rebuild is ahead of ours because I don't think it is at all, there is a significant advantage to getting the clear cut number one player in a good draft.
While we have got some pretty great pieces in our recent drafting, the Flames were never bad enough to get the surefire franchise piece.

Help, save, whatever.

Leafs can't keep a lead in the 3rd and why put Polak and Hunwick on?

I just asked for a hall goal. For fantasy reasons and got it. I'm lucky tonight, I'll start the game thread. Tonight's the night boys.
