First of all, I am a little befuddled by this housing set up:
Is this common anywhere else in Calgary? Looks like a Laned Home attached to a duplex, what would that be called and why would any developer do this?
Secondly, the owner of the Laned Home having mega headaches due to water damage caused by the neighbors roof and the complete run around from the 3 insurance companies involved.
