Bad Art Comics
Hi All,
I'm updating this OP as I have finished setting up my website to host Boris Got Out, as well as my other comic series, Humanity Ltd. I still have Twitter and Facebook accounts for each series, which I will be more active in (this is my first use of Twitter, so I'm not used to posting everything that comes to mind quite yet). There is a Twitter and Facebook for the new website as well, and I will post updates on either/or for each series.

http://www.badartcomics.com/humanity-ltd..html
*I think I need to change a few things on the site as it doesn't look great on smaller screens or mobiles. That will be fixed soon.
Please enjoy! And, as always, feedback is welcome and appreciated!

I've done a few weeks so thought i'd post the comics outright here. Feel free to let me know what you think!

Love the illustrations, a couple chuckles, great work. One small suggestion, it might have a little more punch and humour if it was a little less wordy. The best example is in week three when the owner asks about the bee. It adds nothing to the strip. There are a few other things you could shorten or eliminate I think. Brevity is important in humour AND comics.
I am of course talking from my ass cause I can't do it, but just a thought.
I do like it though, and love to see someone working at something they love. Keep it up, I want to see more!

The bee is in Week 1, and Boris wakes Luke up with the bee swirling around.
I didn't post it because I linked to it in the first post and it's quite a bit longer than the other ones. It was also done with marker instead of the computer, so it looks quite a bit more raw. You're welcome to check it out there!

When I was a kid I tried to make a comic similar to this except it had a dog and cat. My dream died long ago, but I hope yours lives on. Good stuff!

I've passed your comic strip on to my circle of influence!
Another suggestion, if you are continuing stories from previous comics it could be a good idea to include *continued from comic issue #__. It could be also a great way to have readers feel the need to search back dated publications!
Keep it up! I did a comic strip in my teens and I quite enjoyed it!

Here's Week Five for Boris Got Out. My main comp is down, so coloring is out. Did this one old school with ink.

I agree, I think it's better like this. But now I just want to know more about Metalmutt!

Week Six is up for Boris Got Out! Black and white due again to technical difficulties, but also because of good feedback for last week. Will probably just color the odd one from here on out.

Yeah, do a colored one once a month or something. The way the dailies used to do a colored one on the weekend edition.
Heh, like the Praise Clifford quip

Did up this Humanity Ltd. comic in honour of the US Supreme Court's decision last week.
