Canada House in Rio will be hosting a viewing party for athletes, coaches, families, and other Canadians to partake in what will be sure to be a celebration of Canadiana that only the Hip could provide us.

The Men's 4x400m Relay begins at 19:35.

Go Canada Go!

Brooke is gonna have to tear up this back 9 to get a medal, too many players in front of her. Park is absolutely amazing right now though, playing a lot like Jason Day did when he won the PGA last year, just totally dialed in and dropping big putts consistently.

The Chinese girl might challenge Park for gold. She will have to play really aggressively though to overcome three strokes.

It was such a treat to watch LCW play last year at Winsport for the Canada Open.

I hope Henderson can post -9 and put some pressure on the other golfers for bronze or maybe even silver.

She probably needs to go birdie-eagle to really have a chance at the medals. Almost everyone ahead or tied with her still has the easy 16-18 stretch to go. Also the Russian girl shot a course record 62, including a hole in one. Went from +4 to -5.

She missed a huge birdie putt on 17.

Ultimately even if she did birdie-eagle I wouldn't give her much chance. She had three horrible holes all week and it cost her six shots. Golf is cruel like that, she'd be one back of the lead if she just pared them.

hahaha

NBC guy goes up to CBC guy: 'does this American Jorgensen chick have a shot in the triathlon?"

CBC guy: "yeah, she hasn't lost a race in 2 years"

NBC guy: "awesome, we'll tape delay it for prime time"

Batty and Pendrel in a group of 5 40 seconds behind a group of 3.
About 2/3 into the race

Edit: The Swiss girl crashed has fallen off the group of 3... so Bronze certainly up for grabs!
