Default February 4, 12 games!

Massive OOT and nobody has started up a thread? Hope nobody minds me doing it.

Grease are 3-1 up on the Sens, McDavid with 2 assists already and the Sens have yanked Anderson. Buffalo up on Boston, Florida 3-1 up over the Wings and the Rangers have come from 2-0 down against the Wild to tie it at 2.

All our Pacific Division rivals are in action, big matchup between the Kings and the rising Ducks later on.

Jagr got assists number 1100 and 1101 tonight. 6th all time in assists.

Some great players don't even have 1100 points.

Another McDavid slurp fest on SN. Pretty much attributing a Schultz big hit to McDavid being in the lineup.

Good Gawd!! 4 periods into McDavid's return and they are talking about the Oilers having their "swagger" back. Have the Oilers had a swagger since the 1980's? And how about we wait and see if they can string more than 2 wins in a row together before we start calling them the next great dynasty?

They're beating up on teams even more defensively horrible then they are.

Watching that game they're still making the same defensive gaffs that they always make.

Lets see if their swagger continues as the McDavid adrenaline rush fades. Right now over the last 4 period everything has gone their way.

Detroit getting all the calls again tonight. Ekblad held in the middle of the ice by Abdelkader allowing Larkin to get past him and score. Admittedly nice shot by Larkin, but very one-sided officiating tonight. Larkin scored on one of the 3 power plays for Detroit in the 1st as well.

Ottawa is no good.....

How else can you explain why they're getting #### kicked by Edmonton?

It's the second or third from last place swagger that they're getting back.

Really entertaining game between Detroit and Florida. Lots of back and forth and plenty of chances for both teams. McKenzie just scored as Howard deflected a shot directly into his body. 4-2 Florida, but Detroit had a lot of chances to tie it recently. Larkin is such a game breaker.

Chicago just got a goal called back on a very questionable goalie interference review, Coach Q then got a penalty for yelling at the refs and Yotes scored on the powerplay. Rough sequence for the Hawks

Jagr scores the 5th goal for the Panthers to make it 5-2. He now has 3 points on the night. He's turning 44 in 11 days.

Un. Real.

I hope he never retires.

The Sens are getting steamrolled by the Oilers. That's gotta be a low point of the season.

Schlempy with a beauty one-timer top corner to go up 2-1.

Being challenged.

I'm waiting for Nurse to actually fight someone his own size. Not saying McCormick wasn't a willing combatant.
