Decided to put together a video for his half season with us in 2012/2013. I'll work at one from his first season with us, 2009/2010 where he went 10-2-2 while fighting.
I felt he deserved his own video (and his own unique intro/outro music), considering he's the best in the league at what he does.
Normally I just place the highlights chronologically, but it felt odd separating his fights from his goals, so I have all his fights first, then big hits, then his assist/goals.
Videos up next:
- Rookies 13/14 (not named Monahan)
- Glencross 13/14
- Backlund career so far
Best part was him pushing Rebeiro around. You just know Robeiro was being his usual dickish self the whole game.
*Ribeiro. Amazing, you spelled it wrong two different ways in two sentences. I have no words.
Anyway, the way he plays and the kind of person McGrattan is off the ice reminds me of the guy who inspired this movie. A great watch if anyone's interested.

I don't like his game as a fan of actual hockey. But he seems like a good guy and a dominant fighter. So if you are gonna have one, he's the one to have!
I just hope that the Flames are very proactive with him with regards to concussion monitoring and all the subsequent brain injuries that occur from fighting. It would be horrible if he ended up in the same mindset as Boogard or Belak.
I don't think he lost a fight. Also, I am a big McGrattan fan but the best part of that video is still Clint Malarchuk. He came out of nowhere ready to F some stuff up.

According to hockeyfights.com he is 34-0-3 in his last 37 fights. The last time he lost a fight was Dec 11, 2009 against Boogaard.
