Default January 21 with nine games!

It is a busy Thursday OOT with another doubleheader! For those in the Flames/Oilers region and northwestern Ontario, lots of hockey on television.

The low scoring Devils explode for 5 in the 1st. Say what

Baertschi has the Nucks up 1-0 on a breakaway

Tanev lays on the ground trying to draw a penalty and then finally gets up in time to skate in front of his net and deflect it neatly under Markstrom.

1-1 Nucks-Bruins

Crosby's goal was pretty much identical to the one that Gaudreau just scored.

Pretty brutal hit from behind actually... Tanev left the game.

Looks like he was barely touched to me. I'd like to see it from a different angle

I dunno rewatched it a few times on slow mo, he must've been off balance because it looks like Spooner barely touches him with one arm but Tanev goes vaulting headfirst into the boards.

I was just basing it from him going face first into the boards. I don't think it was a major push from Spooner or anything, he was probably off balance but it certainly look like it hurt rather than being a dive.

On another note, finally Gamecenter is working for me again - I very nearly cancelled it, f*** Rogers - and I must say it feels good having multi-screens going again.

Yeah I wasn't trying to suggest he dove or that he was faking an injury.

Benn just made Hall and Draisaitl look unintelligent.

Sven has 7 goals / 3 assists in his last 14. And the few times I've caught highlights they've been points from driving the net hard, not just perimeter stuff.

The Drouin-less Lightning somehow manage to beat the red hot Blackhawks without him. Bit of a mystery there

It's not too difficult to do that to Hall, he pretty much does it to himself.

The Blackhawks lose 2-1 in regulation to the Lightning and Chicago's twelve game winning streak has come to an end. Tampa Bay has now won seven straight games.

Hall had an easy opportunity to take the body, knock the puck away.. many options. He decides to lay his stick on the ice like he's blocking a pass on the PK and skate by the puck.

Taylor Hall went skating by
Dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb
