Question about Flames Tickets

My buddy who lives in Brooks, Alberta will be an hour late to the game tonight. I have both tickets. If I went to the Saddledome before 7, is there any way they could hold the tickets for him, or is there a box office outside the arena that would do this for me? He is expected to arrive at 8 PM.

It's on the lower level on the northwest end- easiest to get to it outside.

if the Calgaryflames think you "own" the tickets, can't you log on to their site, transfer 1 of the 2 tickets, and have him print his?
