Default Season Ticket Management Question

Hi Guys,

Quick question.

If I am a season ticket holder (which I am), and I transferred tickets to tonight game to a friend that can no longer go, and he transferred them back to me, is there anything I can do with those?

When I go into the game, beside the tickets it says ' Action Required ' . Can I just print them off and go to the game like normal?

A little bit concerned they may not work, or is my 'required action,' just printing them?

Been on hold with customer service for 45 minutes, guessing they are pretty swamped today.

Thanks in advance!

You can just view the QR code on you phone if you want, otherwise just print off the tickets as usual.

Make sure to check in at the box office. I transferred tickets to a friend who sent them back, then I passed them onto another friend and he got denied at the door. The Flames made it right in the end, but it turned it a big hassle.

Call the ticket rep, they may have to go in and reset it

When tickets get sent back, you need to print off the tickets. That way, they get a new bar code. That's the benefit of using the ticket transfer as opposed to emailing a PDF. Once you transfer the tickets, the old bar codes are voided. You need to print them off to get a new bar code assigned.

Does anyone know a simple way to find the list price on your seats without printing them to find out?
I'm not aware of a way to find out which games are listed at standard prices vs premium.

You can go to the Ticketmaster website and use the seat selector. You won't be able to check your specific seats, but you should be able to find a nearby seat in the same price level.
