Fs: Garmin watch-sold
These units have built in gps and have all the Garmin golf courses too, so it works as a dedicated golf gps too. They are pretty great devices. I MIGHT have the packaging kicking around, not sure. I haven't really used it since Apple watch (although admittedly this does many things better, like having its own gps). It's black in colour.
