Now, as someone who has lived here for 15 months:
At $1000/month it's an absolute steal for that location. It isn't huge but it's very functional for either a single person or a young couple. Quite new, everything works well, large kitchen with practically new appliances (I don't think the previous tenant before us used much of anything). Our landlord is a really nice guy, he's never given us any problems or any horror stories. The people who live upstairs are really good too, another young (late 20's) couple who aren't loud and don't give us any grief at all.
15 minute walk from Westbrook LRT/mall, 10 minute drive to downtown, easy access to tons of amenities. Easy access to Edworthy Park and Bowness hiking path. It's a great rental.
