Looking for a ladies cruiser bike, nothing too old. Something that works, but nothing fancy. Looking to pay around $200.

Those are called "garage art" since they are typically found hanging upside down in garages never to be taken down.

On the 31st there is a bike event down at Eau Claire, no guarantees, but I would assume there is some sort of bike sale going on there too.
