Default Help with scanned images

Have a business card that I scanned and want to upload to have a company print out more cards for me.
BUT, I need to change the address and phone number as the current info is not applicable anymore

Is there anyway for me to change the text of the image but still keep the background image on the card?

You could download GIMP and try to edit the image yourself, but short of that type of thing, the answer is not really.

I've never tried them myself but I know people who have had great success with http://www.fiverr.com/
As the title states, 5 bucks for most services.

It would make a lot more sense if the publishing company recreated the business card instead of printing from an edited scan. I don't know what your card looks like but it is usually a fairly simple process.

Yup Zamler is on the mark here. For the effort you'll put into trying to scan it straight, clean it up, remove/add things you might as well go clean slate and try to re-create it.

Think of it like trying to make a photo copy of a fax and then having it printed. Just not gonna look nice.
