Basically, it kind of sounds like "paintball with a kick". I'm not really sure what I think about this, as it both sounds kind of neat, and like it's just asking for a whole host of problems, the least of which is "how drunk is too drunk to play?"

We used simunition in the Army and they hurt like hell in close range. It got tagged in the hand at about 10m during urban warfare training and it was not fun.
