Geez hockey WAGS, start having your kids in the offseason like you're supposed to. You have one job!

Trouble is they're making babies in the off-season.

The first head-to-head battle between the Granlund brothers (possibly ever? I think they were always team mates in Finland).

Well I just think of the hundreds of thousands of people who have Stajan and Stempniak in their hockey pools and how these paternal leave breaks are just wreaking havoc in their fantasy leagues

If those were going to happen, they'd probably happen at the last minute, not 8 hours before the game.

So... what's our lineup going to look like?

Am I wrong:

Stempniak + McGrattan are back
Stajan + Westgarth are out

This sort of makes sense to me, but I think they will do better:

Cammy - Backs - Hudler
Colborne - Monahan - Stempniak
Galiardi - Granlund - D. Jones
Byron - Bouma - McGrattan

I can't figure out what I think the lines will be? Anyone know for sure?

Why would you risk Cammalleri getting hurt by playing him?

Because Cammy needs to score some damn goals to pump up his value in the market. Show other teams he hasn't completely lost it.

Is it really going to matter if he has one good game tonight though? I can't see his value changing after one game.

Aaron Vickers @AAVickers
Nice touch by Bob Hartley, starting Markus Granlund tonight. If all goes to plan, he will take the opening faceoff against brother Mikael.

D. Jones apparently took a shot off the ankle in practice but remained on the ice and in alot of pain since there are no spare bodies.

that is cool that Granlund is starting tonight. The kid line was fun to watch the other night, how will things change when Monahan isn't with those guys?

I liked the kid line but I want to see Granlund play center. I think him and Colborne will work well together.

Would like to see Ortio get another chance though but Berra got the win so it's fair he gets the start.
