Flames Equipment Sale - 2013
Has anyone heard anything about the annual sale date for this year? Mod's, please move this to "Buy - Sell" if that's where this belongs.

As per the FanAttic Twitter, they will be selling game used and team issued jersey's at the sale this year for the first time in addition to the equipment.
I'd love to go and pick up a Horak or Brodie jersey but I imagine the lineup this year will be worse then years past being they have Iginla and Kipper stuff advertised as "Final Game" gear.

If you're interested the Fan Attic is selling GU jerseys from the 11/12 season on their website: http://www.flamesport.com/store/depa...eworn-Jerseys/
Horak's are listed at $400 and up; Brodie at $600 and up. No idea what the 12/13's will sell for at the sale though...

A few years ago they had "game worn" Hitmen jerseys with the Memorial Cup patch. No name bars, some of them not even numbered, and they were all tagged at $400.

I might meander over there later in the morning now and take my chances finding one of those 11/12 jerseys at 25% off or a practice jersey.
It's not worth the headache to fight the hardcore collectors when I have no interest in anything "big ticket".

They usually have 30% off all regular priced items. You might want to call ahead and see if they are offering it again this year.

Collectibles include signed items like sticks, framed prints, etc. Equipment is just that. Sale items are usually hats, shirts, hoodies, and other fan apparel like that.

I will be looking to get a red and a white practice jersey for a friend in Germany. I may consider getting a pair of brand new black gloves if the size and brand is right, but I would love to get an authentic equipment bag!
I'm thinking about heading down a bit earlier this year to see what difference it makes. What did you have in mind?
