LF someone that knows how to unlock a BB Bold

I have a older Blackberry Bold, the one before the 990 I believe.....

I would like to unlock it and use it as an American phone.

I know there are tons of ppl on Kijiji that offer this unlocking service but i figured I would check on here and see if I could pay someone to do it?

If anyone knows how to do this, or knows someone. Please pm me.

Which version of Blackberry? You just wrote 990.

I have a program that can generate the codes on my phone if you know how to do the install portion? It is fairly easy and can be googled to find the instructions.

I have done it a few times with Telus locked phones and it worked like a charm but that was a year or so ago. be willing to give it a shot if you like.

It is a very simple process once you get the code. If Galakanokis can provide it. If not go to ebay and you can normally get them for a couple bucks.

It is easy. Fire me your IMEI and we can at least find out. I am going to attempt to unlock one of the ones I have lying around here if i can find my other SIM card. Lots of directions on line.

Just tested on a couple of Telus phones and worked no problem. Let me know if you want me to generate a code for you. You will have to enter in yourself but that is dirt simple.
