Default BC Premier in hot water over plan to woo ethnic votes

http://ca.news.yahoo.com/surrey-libe...141358906.html

Earlier today several members of the BC Liberal Party called for her resignation. The next election is coming up in 73 days and many believe the NDP easily win the election if the Liberals don't get a new leader.

This is over a plan to issue apology's for wrongs of the past against ethnic groups in an attempt to sway votes in the upcoming election. Some staff members have already resigned due to this fiasco.

So while we bicker over our budget, we can be thankful, our political choices aren't these BC Liberals or the NDP.

Not only that, but they were going to use taxpayer paid government workers to do it as well.

They are pretty screwed this is just one of many things, they already had a lot of resignations in the past year.

I'm not going to vote for them, sadly the alternative is not too much better either...

My biggest question for Premier Clark: Is she a milf or a cougar?

The question may not very PC but I'm ethnic, so its ok.

She's probably a lot more exciting than the Penguin is too.

She's actually commented on that during a radio interview:

This reminds me of an ancient proverb . . .

Maji ya moto hayachomi nyumba.

Or, in the common tongue:

Hit water dies nit burn diwn the hiuse.

Clark is unbelievably clueless. It's amazing she won the Liberal leadership at all.

BC politics is weird because there's no centrist party. It's either well-right (Liberal) or well-left (NDP). I think a real centrist party would do quite well (not a make-believe-centrist-actually full of born again Christians-party like the Liberals).

I'm going to vote Green. Hate the Liberals, can't stand Carole James (my MLA).

In related news, there is a very good chance the first Green MLA in BC is elected in Oak Bay-Gordon Head. Extremely strong candidate is running, blows the other two out of the water - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_J._Weaver

I admit the last Alberta election was interesting but when you elect the same party 12 times in a row and have them in power for 42 years, Alberta isn't anything to brag about. In fact it almost makes it not worth voting as the result is a foregone conclusion.

Provincial politics in BC is a disaster. I refuse to vote for any party because they are all corrupt and will have no part in electing any of them. For people outside of bc, the next likely premier will be Adrian Dix, who was caught by the RCMP forging a memo to cover his ass, look it up if you want.
