Congested nearly all the time - what are your solutions?
So for the past month and a bit I haven't been able to breath properly and I'm starting to get really annoyed.
Solutions?
Also, if anyone says take a Claritan I will find where you live and slap you. The biggest BS product on the market (same goes for Reactin).

Go to a doctor - could be allergies, but could also be an infection of some sort.

I had the same problem as you - I had trouble breathing. I went to a nose specialist in July to get it checked out. Turns out, I had a fractured nose that didn't get treated (probably hit in the face with the soccer ball during one of my games), and it healed improperly. Now I have to get cartilage removed from my right nostril in order to open up the canal, and then inserted in my left nostril to shrink the size of that canal.
The doc said that type of problem can also just happen naturally, where the tissue / cartillage up there just grows abnormally. Happens all the time, he says.
I'd get that spec'd if I were you. Just to be sure. Could be a structural problem, not a stufiness problem.

I have Chronic Hayfever and Asthma. My morning ritual never varies. 1 shot of preventitive, 1 shot of ventelin, and one shot of a prescribed nasal spray. Bed time I use the over the counter saline stuff that flushes out.
If you're just starting off, it takes about 2 weeks for changes to start occuring then you'll never look back.

Have your doctor send you for a lung function test. Claritin and Reactine only work for congestion caused by allergies, they don't automatically open up your airways.

I have had this for about 10 years, but it comes from having my nose broken a number of times. A buddy I played rugby with got surgery when he stopped playing and has no more problems. Have you ever broken you nose? If not then have you changed anything, ie: soap, clothes soap...etc. Allegeries seems to be leading the vote at this point.
Sorry, should also say, I developed Asthma later in life.....could be that as well. Off to your Doctor.

not sure how it works in Canada, but down here, Claritin off the shelf is just the anti-histamine. If you want the decongestant (pseudoephedrine or ephedrine), it is behind the pharmacy counter.

Or just buy some Sudafed cold & sinus. It is the exact same as taking an advil and an ephedrine (as those are the ingrediants).

I punched it into my medical machine, and it said that you have "network connectivity errors". I am guessing that means that your nerves from your nose are not communicating with your brain, a common problem I understand.

I think I have read that in the last year you have started working out and body building. Usually with that comes a host of supplements and other crap you put in your body to lift etc.
I had a buddy that got really sick from all the supplements he was taking. It could be you have an allergy. Have you done anything like started taking something/New medication etc?

I had the same problem and was tested for allergies. I have environmental allergies (snow mold, pollen, dust). I haven't treated them as the congestion isn't a big problem so I live with it. You'll likely find that it will worsen as you age, then will get better. That's what happened to me. It was mild then for a few years it got really bad so that I could hardly breathe in the morning, then the last several years it's been mild.
