Do you excersize regularly? A little work out in the morning can do wonders getting your body going for the day

Yup. Also, I always found if I have a wicked extra hard workout on the day after having a bad sleep I slept like a baby that night and felt refreshed the next day.

Daily exercise, proper nutrition and a fairly strict sleep routine (same time to bed each night, followed by some reading works for me) can do wonders for you.

Not getting REM sleep? Constant nights of non-REM sleep will kill you.

He was jesting by referencing how online diagnoses often end with the patient being told that they have cancer... no matter what the symptoms.

Go to your doctor, perhaps your Thyroid is out of whack, simple pills can cure you. That is a good place to start.
Do you work out? Start that as well.

I'll throw in low iron, SAD, and/or sleep apnea to the mix.

I started taking 1,000IU of vitamin D every morning and a couple vitamin c chewables.

Made a significant difference for me.
