I have a bold 9900. Been in a case with its screen protector on since i got it early sept. Pretty much still new. Its apparently worth 600 brand new w/ out contract or 225 brand new with.
I'm wondering what I could sell it for. OR do I just try to swap through my provider?
I'm in a 3 year contract with sasktel right now. I just want a new phone in the easiest and cheapest way possible.
Am I stuck with this phone for the next two years unless I pay one hundred billion dollars to get out of my contract?

Your provider has no incentive to swap the phone for you. They've already got you on the hook.
There's no reason you can't sell it and buy an iPhone that I know of. Ask your carrier to be sure. They shouldn't care what hardware you use to access their services.
That said - make sure you're not subscribed to any blackberry-specific services (do those still exist?).
As for selling it - you'll likely get a better price for it if you unlock it and open up the sale to buyers outside Saskatchewan. It's super easy to unlock a 9900 yourself with an online service like
www.blackberryunlocker.net. It'll cost you $6 (note that you'll probably need a sim card from a non-sasktel phone for a couple minutes to do this).
