I get a 3 OV upgrade on Sullivan with Morrison, and a more offensively oriented guy in Holmstrom over Langenbrunner. Additionally I get 4.53 more in Cheese space in which to add somewhere else after.

The Oilers get a bit younger, a couple guys that are cheap and a pick, plus more cheese space to trade off guys if he wants.

To fill out the roster, the Panthers have signed a German and a Russian.

LW - Marcel Noebels came over to Seattle last year and put up nearly a point per game. He was drafted by the Flyers in the 4th round 118th overall.

RW - Yaroslav Kosov, A Panther's pick in the NHL, the power forward put up some solid numbers in the MHL in Magnitogorsk and was drafted 124th overall this past draft.

Both guys have some upside and take up some spots vacated by Tarnasky, Martin, and Spaling. Kind of hard to sign good UFA prospects right now as there's not a lot of options out there right now.
