Stolen Laptop in Columbia

Hey folks,

A friend of mine has had his laptop stolen in Columbia. The post basically sums up what the situation is.

If you have any possible answers to the questions posed it'd help.

Yes, I know this guy (http://thisguyhasmymacbook.tumblr.com/) did it first, but I beg anyone who lives in Bogotá to help me find these dicks!
My MacBook Pro 15" was stolen on a bus in Bogota, Colombia, on June 14th. Unbenounced to the thieves, I had 'Hidden' installed long before that. Hidden is a program that starts sending pictures and data from my laptop once I report it stolen.

The store's IP address is 190.24.173.20. The IP was tracked to an address roughly around: Kr 15 # 8! Although this probably isn't very accurate, I assume we can say it is/was somewhere around centro?
What we know from the pictures: The computer store appears to be in a tech/computer-oriented mall (maybe in or around UNILAGO?). The most obvious defining feature of the store is the giant sci-fi mural/painting on its the walls. There is a store across from it that seems to be called 'Technologic', located in a building that has more than one floor (indicated by the stairs). The building would also seem to be pretty unique: the ceiling has mirrors and at least some of the doorways in the building have florecent lights.

(I have been an ex-digg lurker on Reddit for a long time, so I know I may require proof of some kind [if anyone even really reads /r/colombia...]. However, it's now getting really late and my girlfriend is getting very mad at me for obsessing about this. Soooo, I'll figure out something tomorrow!)
