Default How can I get the Ice Cream Man to come to my office?
I work in an industrial-park-ghetto. Once in a blue moon, an ice cream van will come driving around the neighbourhood playing his alluring ice-cream siren and about 20 excited guys in boots and hard hats come pouring out the back door out of the shop, waving tools (and money), dodging traffic and vaulting over fences to chase the guy down.

He never stops. Maybe because 20 grown men with boots, hardhats and sharp-edged tools running after him makes him fear for his life.

Its ridiculous. Anyone know how I can arrange for an icecream truck to come to my shop, park, and let folks buy ice creams?

Short of chasing him down myself, that is. How does one get in touch with an ice cream man to arrange a weekly visit?

Maybe Dickie Dee doesn't stop because one of your shovel-waving hard hat guys has stolen the truck and wants the ice cream to himself . . . ? He probably has a system down and picks off the ice cream truck first before anybody can get to him haha . . .

Couldn't tell you how, but this cracks me up and reminds me of when I was framing one summer. The food truck girl was a knockout and showed up in a bikini every day. It was a huge construction site of 4 condo buildings with hundreds of workers, but the minute everyone heard the truck honk, the site was deserted and no work was done for well over an hour. I still rememer watching guys sprinting as fast as they could in full work gear trying to be the first in line...

One of my foster kids was working rebar last year, their food truck had a fat chick with a side line in blow.

I'm going to guess calling or emailing. You can use Google to find out ice cream vendors.
