ISP question

I probably should have put this in the tech talk forum, but I figured that it would get more responses in this forum.

Any good tips on how to block my Ip address? I could get into some hot water with something that I wrote. It's on another website and I was told that even though what I wrote was under complete anonymity, because of them seeing my ip address it could get me into some deep crap..

Please help.
