It’s based on a great Danish book series. I hope there are multiple seasons ahead.

Just threw on another episode of Afterlife. I stopped watching it a while ago, good friends wife went through breast cancer hell to a bad end. I didn’t want to cry for no good reason. But god it’s good. I forgot how good it is.

As someone who is thoroughly unfamiliar with Anime in general and knows nothing about this story whatsoever, I was surprised at how entertaining it was and now I'm pretty stoked for Season 2.

Kinda same here. It feels like a series that wasn't really meant to be binged. It gets a little repetitive after a bit.

I watched the first episode and it was just a bit too, I dunno, low brow? Does it get better? My wife was out after 10 minutes, and it's not like we don't appreciate TPB and the like.
