Yeah its a really bad look for them.. but for me the bigger question is how does he get charged immediately after his arsenal contract ends? Such a bad look for the met to sit on that for so many years and only act now from an optics perspective - were he or arsenal threatening to counter sue or something?

Presumably arsenal thought they could get away with it because the charges hadn't been laid but even ethics aside given the size of their women's team support strategically you have to question what they were thinking. would be supremely pissed off if that were ny club

The timing is too curious to feel coincidental and yes, the overall situation looks very bad on Arsenal. Seeing multiple women come forward, this looks much worse than what I thought was just between him and one ex.
