I remember visiting a buddy of mine in University, he was serving at Tipperary's on 16th while I was in school and I dropped him off for work and was going to pick him up after class and we'd have a beer.

I drop him off before the doors open and there is a line. And its all for VLTs.

I picked him up at the end of his shift and all of those people in the line that morning were still there at the VLTs.

Oh for sure gambling sucks. My best friend from Uni, his dad lost over $5mil a the casinos here. He got sucked in too and prob lost over a million. His cousins are also addicts

I only play craps now which has some of the better odds at the casino. and i only play a few numbers at a time. So maybe $35 to $40 a roll to start. Unlike some Flame goalie.... lol

I've been to Vegas twice and Macau twice. and between the 4 times I went i only played once for $100us. The minimums at both places are insane and you need like $120us minimum to play normally. I'll never go back to either of those places.

For the lucky lucky you don't need to hit as it's based on your 1st 2 cards and the dealer card. So i won that 200 to 1 $5 bet.

For the progressive you have to hit in order to get your 3rd 7. I should have split my 7s but i just took 1 hit and got a 10....

Bought a new microwave, the exact same model as I had before. It has a quick 30 feature and it appears almost all of them do now as opposed to a quick minute feature. Seems strange as the vast majority of people heat things for 1-5 minutes.

I use the Quick minute feature 95% of the time. Can you press the quick 30 twice to make it a min?

That was the saddest part of bartending. Even worse than the alcoholics. Gambling addicts often dig themselves into a hole they can never get out of.

Yes...I have vices but thankfully gambling isnt one of them.

I gamble occasionally but I dont have a 'firm limit' or anything, I just get sick of losing money really quickly and then stop. I dont get the fun.

My old one had quick 30, which I prefer. Usually want to heat up things in increments of 30 seconds as opposed to minutely.
