Disagree.

I believe that Gondek, Justin and Nenshi should be ensconced in....a THUNDERDOME!

3 shall enter. 1 shall leave. And that Victorious Politician would become the Prime Ruler of All the Land!!

And I'd put my money on Nenshi. He looks like he could be a Brawler. Justin is soft and weak and I think Gondek might just be fragile.

Feats of Strength!!

That article reads like it's from the Beaverton. I'm a little surprised that Sharp is choosing to align with the UCP, although it's probably not too surprising since Ward 1 communities are in UCP-majority provincial ridings

Ridiculous. Like Dan McLean has never misled Calgarians...

Justin took down that Conservative MP years ago in the boxing ring though. Don't you remember the big fight early in his tenure as PM?

The best we can hope for is a few hundred fleas per person.

Currently on TIPP for my property taxes.

Got the actual bill today with the balance owing for 2024.

Can I just pay off the balance and have no payments for the remainder of the year ?

Will the TIPP payments start again in January ?

I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to do so but you’d probably have to go to city hall to get it done so it may not be worth the headache.

You can make a lump sum payment while on TIPP, but you have to contact the city and have them recalculate your monthly payment when you do it.

Does Calgary charge interest when you pay monthly like for insurance is it simply $3,500 (my tax bill, for example) divided by 12?

No, it's just divided by 12.

Just divided by 12. The logic is you pay half of it early and half late, so it offsets. It's due in the middle of the year not the beginning of coverage like insurance.
