It actually makes more sense to keep Vlad and trade the pitchers. Vlad will attract fans during a rebuild and you prob get more assets for the pitchers right now
Plus Vlad could Always eventually figure it out while the pitchers will get older and potentially more injured
Since April 27th when Vlads OPS bottomed out at .643 he's actually been pretty damn good. A slash line of .312/.380/.447. You'd still like to see some more power but his launch angle is improving significantly and he's hitting a lot more line drives. I'd like to keep him around because he still shows signs of being that superstar that we thought in 2021. Bo is an interesting one to me. He might still demand a lot on name alone but I don't think his value could get any less than it is right now. He's been flat out awful this year. And one would think he couldnt get any worse. So maybe he's due for a second half rebound.
Playoffs are out of the question this year. So I think you sell off every FA with value and see what you have in the system. Maybe try for one last kick of the can next year with a new GM and Manager developing the talent around Bo and Vlad. If all else fails. You can still move Bo and Vlad next year for some decent return.
