I think that’s just it... Monahan gets a bad wrap for his physical play and to an extent rightfully so. My opinion is that the criticism he takes is blown out of proportion. Unfortunately for this team the entire C position is soft. The real culprit in my eyes is Jankowski... I know he is young and has assets but there is no better place to solve being soft at C than his spot on the depth chart
