I decided to try TorGuard for a month which allows you to buy a dedicated US IP for streaming so it's guaranteed to work for any streaming service, but that addon makes it quite a bit pricier, and their Android app still needs work. Oops too late. I got an email from PIA offering a good deal that stated "now supports streaming services". I just tried Hulu and the login keeps timing out. Nord worked, go figure.
