There are just no scenarios obvious that has this game being a blowout one way or the other. Calgary has played close games pretty much all year even when they were rolling as they haven't hit 30 pts in a game since September.
This, like almost every championship game does, will probably come down to defense and turnovers.
Honestly its a coin flip IMO, but Vegas has them at -4.5, so its likely a field goal game and the 2 best kickers in the league in the business are in this one.
