The Iron Goat Pub in Canmore has amazing burgers made with Bison and Elk. The one I ate had blueberries in it, and you can even get foie gras. Very decadent.
The Rose & Crown out there has a really good banquet burger, and the view on the patio can't be beat (except maybe by the Ship).
