There's a bus ride to their that does from MGM. Really cheep IIRC, especially if you're staying there.

I went to the one in Primm about four years ago. There's really no point in going there since almost all the outlets there were also at the one north of the Strip unless you really want to check out the lovely desert by the side of the highway for an hour.
